You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 15 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
In the event of a return, an e-mail should be sent to the address info@elaiacrete.com in which the order code must be mentioned, or by phone at +30 28210 31987.
The product must be in perfect condition, so we recommend that you do not remove any tags or stickers during testing! Once we have received and accepted your return, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your package.
The customer is responsible for the return of the package, including any charges incurred in transit. www.elaiacrete.com e-shop is not responsible for any loss. It should be understood that we only accept products purchased from our elaiacrete online store. Returns from countries outside the EU are not accepted (except for defective products or in case of an error in the product codes you received).

Orders within Greece are shipped by ACS / Courier with estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Foreign orders will be sent as A' priority parcels via Hellenic Post. All transactions are subject to the relevant arrangements, regulations and restrictions of the ELTA's institutional operating framework. In the event of damaged products during delivery, you should contact your local post office and complete the relevant Claims form.
